Yes Guns ‘N Roses fans, a new G ‘n R song is confirmed to be on the new Rock Band 2 game! So what’s the big deal for non gamers? This news definitely increases the chances for the infamous and long awaited “Chinese Democracy” album to see the light of day via Interscope.

Nine seemingly complete tracks from the album, not including “Shackler’s Revenge,” leaked online earlier this summer. Sorry but I do not have a link but I am keeping my eyes open for those leaked G ‘n R tunes.

First off, the PS2 version of Guitar Hero 80′s edition has a killer 80s soundtrack ranging from New Wave to Hair Metal. Your characters are decked out in awesome 80′s outfits and are able to play 2 players — allowing the one person on lead guitar, and the 2nd on bass or rhythm guitar. Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80′s also lets you use Practice mode and you may play any part of any song or even slow down the songs to really nail those difficult sections.

Although I have found many reviews on this game (35), it seems the players are split down the middle on this one. Some rave about this edition of Guitar Hero and others dislike it. If you’re an 80′s music fan, I would say you might just need to find out for yourself.
