Aerosmith’s Tyler airlifted to hospital
Aerosmith’s singer, Steven Tyler, 61, reportedly suffered minor head and neck injuries and a shoulder injury early Thursday. Aerosmith was putting on a concert at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in western South Dakota, according to the Rapid City Journal newspaper.
It was said that Tyler fell off the stage as the band was performing “Love In an Elevator” and was then assisted backstage before being rushed to the Rapid City regional Hospital. Which gives “Gooooinnnng doooooowwwn” a new meaning.
Last year, Tyler returned to rehab in order to address a dependency on pain and sleep medication.
